READY, SET, SCHOOL!
Our centre based program, is tailored to meet the individual needs of each child. Our “ready, set, school” program is designed to assist children on the Autism Spectrum to learn the essential school readiness skills.
Our classroom setting is designed both for children that are entering the school system for the first time, and for children that have started school. Children will learn essential skills to navigating the classroom setting.
Our Program includes, but is not limited to:
- Instruction on Classroom Routines
- Participation in Small Group Instruction
- Peer Interaction
- Completion of Independent Activities
- Following Directions
- Pre-Academic Skill Based Activities
- Age Appropriate Play
- Self- Help Skills
Our Program is offered both Full and Half Days depending on your needs.
Our teachers are some of the most experienced around. In addition to holding Undergraduate Degrees, most also hold Post Graduate Certification in Autism, Early Childhood Education, or Teacher’s College. Our program is regularly monitored and updated by the Senior Therapist, and Educational Consultant.
Parents receive regular feedback on how their child is progressing.
