Teach To Learn Hits The Road for Summer!!!!
Our summer program for 2012 is proud to showcase our newest vehicle line up!
SUPERCHARGED SPEEDSTERS
Our "Supercharged Speedsters" will take to the roads in the mornings from 9-12 at the Brampton centre. This group of outstanding "cars" will go on a weekly themed adventure that will lead them through the basics of: receptive and expressive language, fine and gross motor, appropriate social behaviour, pre-academics and school readiness skills, as well as programming to best meet their individual stylish needs.
RUGGED SUV'S
Our "Rugged SUVs" will take to the roads in the afternoon at the Brampton centre from 12-4. These strong and mighty vehicles are capable of expressing their needs and wants but need to practice their skills of communicating with one another and ensuring that they are sharing the road. These cars and trucks are also working through independence to ensure that they can handle the road ahead with the least amount of guidance. This requires them to anticipate each others moves and be able to adjust their own speed and accuracy to achieve best results. Our SUVs start the session by enjoying time with one another at the refuelling station of grabbing a much needed lunch before starting on their journey.
CROSSOVERS
Our "Crossovers" are just that! They are at the Brampton centre from 9-4 and benefit from programming both with the "Supercharged Speedsters" and the "Rugged SUVs" The crossover is said to be the vehicle of choice for the future as they are best equipped to handle a variety of situations and are easily adaptable.
All programs are tailored to the individual needs of the child and include crafts, play, drama, school readiness, language and motor development. Self help skills and independence is also fostered throughout the program. The use of a variety of materials are incorporated to make learning both fun and meaningful for your child.
