The staff at Teach to Learn, all share the same vision as Rachel, in their work and dedication to helping children succeed. Our belief is that every child learns differently, and it is our job as educators, to teach children how they learn. The team are all approved therapists and have been working with children and children with special needs for years, and bring a wide range of expertise and service to our team.
Rachel Smith
Director and CEO
Rachel Smith has been working with children for over 15 years. As a Graduate from McMaster University, Rachel has worked with over 150+ children helping the children and their families reach their goals. Rachel is an approved Senior IBI Therapist and has extensive experience working with children with special needs. Rachel will assess, design and implement an individualized program that best meets the needs of your child. Rachel works with several IBI families receiving funding through the DFO option.

Dr. Dan Dalton
Registered Psychologist
Dr. Dan Dalton is a Registered Psychologist certified by the College of Psychologists of Ontario and is listed with the Canadian Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology.
Dr. Dalton is in full time private practice with over 30 years of experience providing assessment and treatment services to children, youth, adults, couples and families.
As a registered Psychologist, Dr. Dalton supervises counselling services throughout the Greater Toronto Area, and south central Ontario.
